All international orders sent via FedEx or Post Office. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping information, as MÉRBABE is not responsible for any delays or for the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. Applicable custom taxes, fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, please check with your local customs office to get spesific tax and duty information.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We truly hope you love your MÉRBABE pieces but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to give you more information about your return. You are entitled to return item(s), within 14 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excluding postage/shipping charges).
Item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Sale Items cannot be returned either.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you had free shipping due to total amount of your order, these shipping fees will be deducted from your refund in case of returned items.
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your MÉRBABE jewelry. We would be happy to help you. If the product was faulty upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com to let us know. In such cases, we offer a new product or a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.
Customers in Greece who want an exchange or a return must contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours from the time the parcel has received. You are entitled to return item(s), within 14 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excluding postage/shipping charges).
Product(s) must be in unworn condition and in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number), will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the product was faulty upon delivery, we offer a new product or a refund.
- For an exchange the cost is 8€ with GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI.
- For a return the cost is 4€ with GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI.
The return process must have been completed into the next three (3) business days after our contact via email.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In case of a return, we transfer to the bank account which you will give us, the value of your order or the value of the returned item(s) minus (-) the shipping costs, -4€, within 7 business days.
